Sources: water, air
Uses: oxygen is necessary for combustion, breathing, phtosynthesis. It could be said that it's the link between all elements- fire needs oxygen to burn, air wouldn't do people much good without oxygen, water is (by weight) 89% oxygen, and the plant growth on Earth to a large degree is achieved through photosynthesis -- plants"eating" carbon dioxide and producing pure oxygen. Also used heavily in industry, medicine and as a fuel. Good stuff, oxygen
